About the Workshop Leaders:

Steve and Maggie Ratcliffe are the co-creators of Synergistic Resonance, a grounded, heart-led experience rooted in presence, energetic coherence, and deep inner remembrance. Through sound, stillness, breath, and compassionate awareness, they create spaces where participants can soften, release what no longer serves and reconnect with themselves. Their work is often described as calming, restorative, and deeply connective – a place where stillness holds and movement remembers

Rita and Phil Crosbie are professional sound healers with over 70 years of combined experience. Through toning, resonance, and guided sound journeys, they create transformative experiences that support healing, remembrance, and connection. Their offering at Birchdale invites participants into deep rest, reflection, and the timeless wisdom of sound through their Paiste Planet gongs.
